Aloha and Welcome
UH Maui College’s vision and commitment are to provide a fully accessible, integrated and universally designed campus for all students. The Accommodation Services Office (ASO) collaborates with the campus community to provide equal opportunities to students with physical, mental and intellectual concerns while working toward achieving equity and academic success.
The ASO engages in an interactive process with each student and reviews requests for accommodations on an individualized, case-by-case basis at no expense to the student. A student’s status is considered confidential and is only disclosed to faculty and relevant campus personnel with the student’s permission to the extent of safety concerns and lawful guidelines.
To access possible accommodation services please complete all required forms below; Accommodations Intake Packet and Assessment Form for Health Professional. Once all required forms have been completed and submitted, an intake appointment will be set to discuss possible accommodations.
